Sally Barton

I hold a Bachelor of Interior Design from Texas Tech University and a National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) certification. This extensive experience allows me to bring innovative perspectives and tailored solutions to every project. My role involves leading interior design projects from initial concepts to final furnishings, ensuring a seamless, enjoyable, and deeply personal experience for my clients. My designs aim to be timeless yet fun, offering spaces that are rich in detail and full of life.

Originally from Plano, Texas, I pursued my passion for design at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. After spending 17 years in Washington, DC, I moved to Florida five years ago, bringing over two decades of experience in the interior design industry. My career has flourished through designing model homes, residential, and commercial spaces, refining my ability to create environments that are both elegant and livable.

Our 60-90 minute session includes a home walkthrough, style assessment, measurements, layout ideas, and answering your questions. Please complete a questionnaire and share inspiration pictures before we meet. Afterward, you'll receive a detailed design scope and furnishing estimate.

What's Included in the Insight Gathering Session?

The design phase typically takes 4-6 weeks. Once approved, we order products and begin the necessary work. Shipping and completion timelines can be 12-20 weeks or longer. We coordinate the installation day for a big reveal when your home is ready.

How long does it normally take to complete a full-service project?

We do our best to incorporate heirlooms and antiques if they align with your design goals. However, we cannot guarantee that your existing pieces will fit the overall aesthetic.

Can you use my existing pieces?

For our full-service clients, we source from trusted trade partners to provide high-quality, unique items. We visit markets in Atlanta and High Point to stay updated with the latest furniture, textiles, and accessories, which we love to use in our clients' homes.

Where do you source products?

Our long-standing relationships with talented vendors allow us to offer competitive pricing similar to retail. We manage your entire ordering process, ensuring you receive beautiful, custom pieces.

Do I get your trade pricing?

Our best work happens when clients trust our expertise. While your preferences are crucial, we won’t shop together. Instead, we’ll curate a collection of materials and furnishings from trusted vendors and present you only the best, most personalized selections.

Will we go shopping together?

The investment in your home's design depends on the scope, materials, customization, and labor. During our consultation, we’ll discuss your budget and maintain transparency and open communication throughout the process.

How much is a typical interior design investment?

We tailor each interior to fit your lifestyle and preferences, so we don’t have a single aesthetic. If you’re unsure of your style, we’ll guide you through a creative discovery process.

Do you design in a particular style?

Absolutely! We’re happy to collaborate with your existing architect, builder, contractor, or other trade professionals. If you haven’t hired anyone yet, we can introduce you to trusted experts we work well with.

Will you work with my contractor?

Furniture production can take 6-10 weeks or longer, plus 8-12 business days for shipping. Once fabrics are received, custom drapery and pillows take 6-8 weeks, and upholstered items take 8-12 weeks. Due to these lead times, we recommend scheduling your consultation as soon as possible to secure your spot on our design calendar.

How long does shipping usually take?

We love it when clients want to expand their projects! If you want to add to your project, we’ll complete the initial scope first, then create a new contract for the additional work. Managing one scope at a time helps avoid overwhelm and keeps the budget in check.

What if I want to add to my scope?

We're excited to hear about your project! You can choose to book a discovery call to chat with us directly about your plans, or simply fill out our inquiry form to provide more details. We'll be in touch with you as soon as possible.
